Ivan Nemorin

Ivan Nemorin is a proud husband and father to his baby boy, Maddox Creed. He is also an entrepreneur who has invested in real estate and owned several businesses and has an outstanding portfolio in real estate.

As a young child, Ivan Nemorin did not have many resources. Everything he knows about real estate he read about or taught himself as an adult. Ivan is very passionate about being able to teach children the ins and outs of real estate so that they are able to grasp the knowledge and information at an early age.

He believes we live in a society where athletes and entertainers are celebrated, and most urban kids grow up idolizing said individuals and believe its the only way to obtain success. He notices the lack of educational resources for our urban children so he has  geared towards entrepreneurship children's books.

WORDS FROM IVAN NEMORIN

As a child of immigrants, my parents came to America with nothing. My parents showed my brothers and I that with hard work, dedication and determination you can make it in America. Yes, we moved into the projects in Brooklyn, New York but every other year my parents moved us into a better neighborhood. Both my mother and father worked three to four domestics jobs at a time. Sometimes we wouldn’t see my dad because he worked 48 hours straight. Finally they achieved the "American Dream," through entrepreneurship.

Once I graduated high school, I joined the United States Navy. I served in the Navy for 4 years and then the Navy Reserve. My twin brother and I then joined the Georgia Army National Guard. Although, things have not been easy for me, I have stayed strong and focused my energy on achieving my personal goals and dreams. If you focus your energy towards it, there is nothing in life you can’t achieve. I am living proof of this.

I went on to obtain several college degrees but my passion has always been entrepreneurship. My mother used to say, “If you have a job you might have money to pay your bills but if you have a business you will earn enough money to get ahead.” Her saying this has lead me to invest in several businesses and become a real-estate entrepreneur. I share the passion of teaching what I have learned to the urban communities because no one shares any information with us. I’m here to tell you, if I can make it, you can too! I am just like you! God Bless!
